Roman Dziaba

Roman Dziaba has been a delivery driver for GiveNKind since December 2023, but he and his family have been volunteers since 2019. After retiring in 2023 as a senior product manager at Contech Lighting, Roman now drives for GiveNKind two days a week and often helps with special projects. When he’s not driving, he works with Reach Rescue foster dogs and loves the outdoors, museums, and bowling.

Chuck Johnson

Chuck Johnson retired in 2025 after serving 19 years as a Lake County Circuit Court judge and now works as a part-time delivery driver for GiveNKind. Prior to his 33 years serving the State of Illinois, he worked for a moving company. He is now happily back on the road, making deliveries between his many projects and spending time with his grandson.

Lisa McCoy
Inventory Assistant
Lisa McCoy is a part-time inventory assistant who helps manage GiveNKind’s inventory and processes donations to ensure they are more quickly available to our nonprofit partners. Before joining the team, Lisa raised her two children with her husband in Lincolnshire and worked as a commercial real estate lawyer.
GiveNKind Center Team
GiveNKind is not possible without our staff and many volunteers, including our Board of Directors. Thank you!
