GiveNKind’s resources are available to all 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. However, many nonprofits face transportation challenges that prevent them from accessing vital goods. The Last Mile Project removes this barrier to ensure that resources reach the communities that need them most.

The monthly cost of operating the GiveNKind vehicle to deliver to our nonprofit partners includes fuel, tolls, registrations, insurance, and wages. The program will help us reach charities that cannot engage with us.

Chicagoland has many resource deserts. The Last Mile Project closes resource gaps by connecting communities with products not readily available.
The Last Mile Project moves more resources into the community, making room for new donations and preventing quality goods from entering our landfills.
